HOW ONLINE COACHING WORKS

Step 1: Consultation Call

We’ll start with a conversation all about YOU. This is where we’ll:

  1. Discuss Your Goals*: What do you want to achieve? Whether it’s building strength, improving nutrition, or preparing for a specific event, we’ll define your wants and needs.
  2. Understand Your Lifestyle: What does your daily routine look like? We’ll identify any obstacles and create a plan that fits seamlessly into your life.
  3. Plan Your Path Forward: Together, we’ll map out a safe, realistic, and effective strategy to help you reach your goals.
Step 2: On-Boarding Process

Once we’ve established your goals, we’ll move into the on-boarding phase:

1. Assessment Form: You’ll complete a detailed assessment form to provide a clear picture of your starting point. This will serve as the foundation for tracking your progress.

2. Getting Started: If there are no limiting factors (e.g., medical conditions), we’ll dive right into your personalized program using “The ROSI3R Coaching Techniques International Exercise & Nutrition App.

3. Overcoming Challenges: If there are any factors that limit my ability to coach you directly, don’t worry! We’ll work together to address these—whether it’s mental or physical health—so you’re fully prepared to benefit from coaching. You’re never alone in this journey, I will be with your all the way, this is what I have chosen to do with my life.

Step 3: Personalized Exercise

Your program will be designed to promote overall strength, conditioning, and confidence. Here’s what to expect:

1. Holistic Strength & Conditioning: Our programs focus on fundamental human movements—like squats, lunges, presses, pulls, and core work—to build a strong, functional foundation.

2. Why It Matters: Humans are designed to move, push, pull, and carry. By mastering these basics, you’ll gain the confidence to say, “I can do that!” in any situation.

3. Cardiovascular Health While we won’t be training for marathons, we’ll ensure your heart and lungs are strong enough to support your fitness goals.

4. Nutrition Guidance: In the beginning, I’ll ask for food photos to understand your eating habits. From there, I’ll tailor your nutrition plan to fit your lifestyle, ensuring it’s sustainable and effective. If needed, I’ll collaborate with a dietitian to ensure you’re getting the best support.

5. Specialized Programs: Whether it’s booty building, competition prep, powerlifting, or photo-shoot prep, I can help—but only after we’ve built a solid foundation. A strong base is key to long-term success.

Step 4: Your Results

This is where the magic happens! Here’s what you can expect:

1. Weeks 4-8: You’ll start to see and feel realistic results. Remember, this is a journey, not a race.

2. Weeks 9-16: Confidence will grow, stress will decrease, and you’ll notice changes in how your clothes fit. Others will start to notice your progress too—this is where motivation kicks in!

3. Weeks 17-24: By now, you’ll be fully focused and navigating obstacles like a pro. If you’re ready for more advanced goals, we’ll discuss them together.

4. Ongoing Progress: Beyond 24 weeks, we’ll focus on maintaining your progress, managing stress, and building a balanced lifestyle that can easily be adjusted if your goals change – for example: photoshoot, competition.

You’re restructuring your lifestyle the same way a business upgrades systems:

New shopping habits

New cooking habits

New training principles

Training Structure Options:

Option 1: 3 sessions per week with me (all in-person).

You learn everything directly — no guessing, just repetitions until the knowledge is automatic.

Option 2: 2 sessions per week with me + 1 on your own.

Your solo session targets smaller muscles (arms, calves, abs, shoulders)

while I teach you the main lifts and systems.

By the end of Month 3, you will know workouts and variations like the back of your hand.
