I Don’t Coach From only Theory, I Live It Daily
I’ve spent my life managing and performing under pressure most people will never fully understand.
I live with cystic fibrosis. I’ve navigated the realities of blood glucose control, energy fluctuations, recovery limitations, and the constant demand to stay disciplined when it would be easier not to.
There is no “off day.”
There is no room for guesswork.
That environment forced me to build structure early:
- How to train when your body doesn’t always cooperate
- How to eat for stability, not just preference
- How to manage energy, stress, and recovery with precision
- How to stay consistent when motivation is irrelevant
This is where my approach comes from.
