Before we discuss training packages, programs, or goals, we first need to understand where you are currently.
The assessment provides a complete snapshot of your current fitness, movement, lifestyle, and health habits.
This allows us to identify what is helping your progress, what is holding you back, and what the most important priorities are moving forward.
