I found Ryan very thorough.
He focused on correct form and excellent posture and in my time of working with him I have definitely improved strength and aided my 6 month shoulder injury recovery to the extent where it is better than it was before.

I've been training with Ryan 3-4 times a week for the past 18 months & can honestly say he's taken me from absolutely hating the gym and all forms of exercise to really enjoying my workout sessions & looking forward to training.

He sets realistic goals for you and does regular weigh-ins and measuring to keep you on track.
He switches workouts up so you don't get bored and if you follow his plan - you will attain what you set out to! Cannot recommend enough!

Ryan had a mountain to climb in some areas with me regarding my gym anxiety, having never been a part of a gym before.

He made me feel welcome in the environment to the point I no longer have concerns about being at the gym and have started to enjoy the workouts and results.

From a training perspective, being a 50+ year old male, with a desk job and limited physical activity Ryan approached my wishes and goals with careful consideration, and a measured approach to safe movement and steadily building strength, knowing that an injury can cause major delays in acheiving goals at this age, as well as having a negative mental impact on me as a whole.

Training with Ryan was one of the best decisions I made last year.
After not being in the gym for many years, I needed the motivation and expertise of a personal trainer to get me on track, and he was a phenomenal partner to have.
His knowledge, experience and easy going nature made it a pleasure to train with him and I looked forward to my sessions. Not only that, but we also got results and I reached my goal. I'm now comfortable in the gym and confident in what my body is capable of.

I would like to thank Ryan for helping me to get my goal weight and body into shape. Ryan motivated me when I thought I could never do it. I started on the 28th February with Ryan my personal trainer. I am 70 and weighed 78 kg. With training 3 times a week and the right diet I was motivated. My body was out of shape with no muscle and flabby skin. I thought I could never do it. But within 6 months I lost 14 kg and had tighter skin and was more muscular. I have maintained my weight of 64 kg. Thank you Ryan.

My Honest friendly feedback : When I FIRST joined training at the gym in July after covid: - (the machines were so inumidating and overwhelming, and I would never ever try them. on my Ryan, he talked me through the process, and showed me exactly what to do. Very patient. I messed up many a time but was told what to do to rectify it. It takes time to build up muscle and strength and Ryan knows what he is doing, diet included, has a great sense of humour and will push you the extra mile that we all need. I think it is extremely important to keep progressing forward as we like to remain in a comfort zone. Well done, never thought I would get to the weight I wanted. "Over the past seven months of training with you and following your advice on nutrition, I have seen a huge transformation in my physical appearance, dropping around 15kg, all the while increasing my strength. Your tips on stretching has also allowed me to become more mobile in my everyday life. I have gone from dreading exercise to enjoying, and even missing it if I skip a session. In terms of nutrition, I enjoy the fact that you didn't place any restrictions on what I can and cannot eat, but rather made suggestions to work with what I like to eat. The most important improvement that I have noticed was on my mental health. When I started I felt anxious most of the time and was struggling to switch off from work at the end of the day (which was something I was struggling with ever since I started working from home during lockdown), but you've helped me to reduce my anxiety by suggesting simple changes in my everyday life, such as making sure that I get out in the sun everyday for a walk, go to the beach and consistently get to 10k-15k steps. Ryan is by far one of the most inspiring people I've had the pleasure of meeting.Two years ago, I found myself in a very depressed, unhealthy state. After suffering physical and mental abuse from my now ex husband, Ryan started mentoring me. He helped me put my life into perspective and taught me to love myself again. There's no quick fix to rebuilding your life, but day by day, step by step, I now find myself waking up, feeling happy again. I've also recently started excising after Ryan created a workout plan for me. To date I've lost 5kg and my confidence and endurance is continuously increasing.
