I found Ryan very thorough.
He focused on correct form and excellent posture and in my time of working with him I have definitely improved strength and aided my 6 month shoulder injury recovery to the extent where it is better than it was before.

When I started with Ryan, I struggled to get up off a chair without help, now I can stand by myself and getting stronger weekly.
